Small, well behaved dogs are welcome in our dog friendly lodges – Flurie, Kuki, Frida, Blue, Embla & The nook Lodge. Please note there is a surcharge of £30 per dog due to the additional cleaning we need to undertake.
If a guest is found to be smoking within the lodges, there will be a charge of up to £150.00 taken from the card on used for pre authorisation.

Earliest check in is 3.00pm, 3.30pm, and 4.00pm depending on your accommodation. Latest check in is 5.00pm. We kindly ask that you check out by 11.00am or 10.30am depending on your accommodation.
Hot tubs: Please do not add any bath oils or bubbles to hot tubs, damages to the filter system will be charged.
On check-in, we pre-authorise your card for £100.00 this is to cover any potential breakages or damages. The term pre-authorisation is sometimes referred to as 'pre-auth' or 'authorisation hold'. It refers to a temporary hold being placed on a customer's credit card. In most cases, this hold lasts for a period of 5 days, but the exact length of time can vary.
Breakages or Damages to the log cabins or items missing from within any of the lodges we will charge the card used on check-in.
Please note that we allow 3 hours to clean the lodges, if the lodges are left in such a state that requires extra cleaning or deep cleaning there will be an extra housekeeping charge of £25.00 per hour, this will be charged automatically to the card provided on check-in.
Authorised guests will be charged to the card provided on check-in.
